- The staffs are kind, polite and very helpful. -The hotel is near Dotonbori and many restaurants. - We chose the Twin Room and we are 3 people they provided us extra blankets and a pillow (just call the receptionist and tell them what do you need) - I like the relaxing room for women, There are many free such as Tea, coffee etc. - They will not clean your room. You just need to put your trash bin outside next to your door and also your used towel/pajamas and they will change them. - The price of this hotel is cheaper than the others and the room is quite spacious. We had a difficulty of finding the hotel after we exit (Namba station exit 25) so this is how you will find the hotel. When you exit Namba exit 25 go straight and turn right to lawson and go straight to hotel 88 and go straight to the Dotonbori bridge you can see the river there and you can see the APA HOTEL 345, on the left side of this hotel there is a small street go straight and you will find the SHINSAIBASHI ARTY INN. -- I recommend to exit at Namba station exit 24 because when you exit there you just turn right and go straight to hotel 88 and go straight to the Dotonbori bridge you can see the river there and you will see the APA HOTEL 345, on the left side of this hotel there is a small street go straight and you will find the SHINSAIBASHI ARTY INN.

Excellent location, Family Mart right in the building, free public bath, extremely helpful and friendly staff. They even offered to store our luggage over two days after checkout when noticed that we're trying to send luggage with kuroneko from Osaka to Osaka ( we were staying overnight at Koyasan and then returning to Osaka - to a different hotel that refused to accept our luggage before checkin day). That saved us a lot of fuss and some money with kuroneko or coinlockers! Also the rooms are slightly larger than normally in business hotels - we had two suitcases and still could move around the room freely xD This was overall best business hotel I've stayed in Korea or Japan! P.S. They have a gacha machine with snacks, which is the absolute best small souvenir for colleagues or any large group of people you need to bring smth without wasting all the money and thinking about it too much. Just buy a lot of gacha balls and make your own gacha lottery for them! P.P.S. Check your gachas before checkout- some of our gachas had adorable hand-drawn "winning tickets" to be redeemed at the front desk!

It’s located in American town where you can shop vintage clothes/hip trendy clothes and it’s directly behind of the orange street as well. It is also located in between on Dotonbori/ Shinsaibashi and Umeda so you can travel easily any popular area of Osaka. In addition, it’s also close to the subway lines which is always a bonus! Most importantly it has a public bath place which I’ve used it EVERY DAY!!!!! Travelling Japan, you’re expected to walk 20k steps daily with no surprise and this was just perfect. I know public bath is not available in every culture but don’t get shy, no one gives a damn. Lastly and most importantly, they had a laundry/dryer available where I was able to use during my trip(not busy at all, they have multiple units) and smart pack where it allows you to vacuum pack (the vacuum bag was free) so if you have big volume of stuff you could use this machine. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Osaka. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!! (Rooms are pretty spacious too)

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location, facilities, service from the staff, and cleanliness of the room and hotel exceeded my expectation. As my luggage was being forwarded to this hotel and arrived the following night, I had no toiletries to use upon checked in. Thankfully at the lobby, there was all the toiletries provided, even eye pad and mouth wash! I was elated! There was a cold bath in the onsen, and a shampoo bar, all these were a bonus! The twin room that we stayed for 3 nights was huge in Japan standard. That was the biggest room we stayed in our 2 weeks visit in Japan in different cities. The beds were pretty comfortable and they provided 2 pillows for each bed. It was only a couple of minutes walk to the Namba and Shisaibaishin stations. Many restaurants and convenience stores in that area. Book early to get good rates. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Osaka.

We didn’t have breakfast - but supermarket next door had everything we needed - also great vending machines with bakery goods etc, toaster, microwave available in hotel which was awesome. Ladies lounge with hair dryers, straighteners etc was fantastic - especially as the rooms are small - it was nice to get ready here. Onsen style bath also available - but didn’t have time to use. Walking distance to Dontunbori - fantastic location. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, especially when helping us fill in forms for the “luggage transportation” system. Fantastic to be able to send your suitcase ahead to the next hotel instead of dragging around very busy train stations !!! I said room was small - but this is not a negative comment - perfect for what we needed - pj’s/lounge wear & slippers provided which you could wear in & around the hotel.
